AIQ STANDARDS

METRICS = MOTIVATION

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT IS A JOURNEY...

THE AIQ STANDARDS ARE SIMPLY STOPS ALONG THE WAY!

The data we collect carries with it tremendous value, as both a motivational tool and a barometer of athletic development. Each test we use has a range of scores from a variety of athletes. We have data on Pro athletes, Olympic athletes, College athletes, HS athletes and athletes of different ages, sports, levels of play, etc.

The AIQ Standards allow an athlete to see progress within the bigger picture, and allows them to celebrate and embrace the milestones along the way.

AIQ MITB

The Man in the Box (MITB 10') test is a staple of our agility training and tests true agility as well as cognitive processing. We have access to over 40,000 MITB scores and can use those as a barometer for our athletes as we work toward their goals.

AIQ INDEX

A 5 test, 1,000 point index designed to provide an objective assessment of our athletes as they train and develop physically & cognitively. Athletes will have the opportunity to progress through 4 levels and earn a special edition T-shirt at each benchmark.

AIQ REACT

Like most things related to athletic performance, your reaction time is 100% trainable. In fact, with consistent training, many athletes are able to cut their reaction time in HALF.  What does that mean? For an athlete that runs 40 yard dash in a time of 4.8 seconds and has a reaction time of .40 seconds, which is a common starting point for the athletes that we train, cutting their reaction time in half would lead to a 40-yard dash time of 4.6 seconds, WITHOUT adding physical speed!
